These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of any products, templates, or services. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site to engage in fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Interfere with the website security or functionality
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce content without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services.

All content on this website including templates, logos, graphics, text, videos, layouts, brand assets, and downloadable products is owned by By Taylor Augusta unless otherwise stated.

2.1 License for Digital Products

When you purchase a template, workbook, or digital product, you receive:

  • A non exclusive
  • Non transferable
  • Single use license for your personal or business use only

You may not:

  • Resell, share, duplicate, or distribute the product
  • Claim any design as your own
  • Transfer your license to another party
  • Use the templates to create derivative templates for resale

Violation of licensing terms may result in revoked access and legal action.

2.2 Client Work

For custom design services:

  • You receive ownership of final delivered files
  • The designer retains rights to unused concepts
  • The designer may showcase completed work in portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing

3.1 Client Responsibilities

To complete services in the agreed timeline, you must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Submit required branding assets (logos, copy, photos, and other materials)
  • Meet deadlines, upload materials, and respond in a timely manner
  • Have all login credentials available when needed

Failure to provide materials may delay the project.

3.2 Communication

Communication will occur primarily through:

  • Email
  • A shared Google Drive folder
  • Scheduled calls
  • Project specific channels if provided

3.3 Rescheduling and Pausing

If you need to pause or reschedule:

  • You must notify the designer at least 48 hours before the scheduled date
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • If the project pauses for more than 30 days due to client inaction, the project may be considered complete with no refund

4.1 Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. Payment must be completed before services begin or digital products are delivered.

4.2 Payment Plans

If payment plans are offered:

  • All payment plan agreements must be completed in full
  • Payment plans may only be processed through PayPal Pay in 4 or other approved methods
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access or legal collection

4.3 Late Payments

If applicable, late payments may result in:

  • Service delays
  • Withheld deliverables
  • Termination of the project

Refund terms are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

In general:

  • Digital products are nonrefundable
  • Service deposits are nonrefundable
  • Refunds for services are not provided once work has begun

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee business results, financial outcomes, or any specific performance
  • You use this website and services at your own risk
  • The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product at issue

We make no guarantees that the website will operate error free or without interruption.

Content on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the site or in our services constitutes:

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

We use third party providers such as Showit, PayPal, Zapier, Flodesk, Google Drive, Tally, and Calendly.

We are not responsible for:

Your use of each third party tool is governed by their own terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel a project
  • Terminate access to digital products or the website

This may occur at our discretion if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be provided for terminated projects due to client misconduct.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation
  • If unresolved, binding arbitration in Oklahoma

Each party is responsible for its own legal costs.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
