How refunds, payments, and chargebacks are handled for By Taylor Augusta.

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, templates, services, intensives, design packages, and any other offerings purchased through By Taylor Augusta. By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Due to the digital and service-based nature of all offerings provided by By Taylor Augusta:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • Templates
  • Website in a Day
  • Website in a Week
  • Business in a Week
  • Custom design services
  • Branding services
  • Strategy calls or consulting
  • Any retainer or ongoing service
  • Any offer delivered in whole or in part

Once payment is submitted, the sale is considered complete.

Digital products are delivered instantly or through electronic access. Because they cannot be “returned” in any way:

Digital items are 100 percent nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Downloading, accessing, or viewing the product constitutes full consumption of the product.

For custom services, including intensives and design projects:

No refunds will be issued once work has begun, even if the client decides not to continue.

Work is considered “begun” when any of the following occur:

  • Assets are reviewed
  • Intake forms are submitted
  • Any prep or research is conducted
  • Communication about project scope has occurred
  • The project date has been secured
  • Files, drafts, or initial concepts have been created

Deposits are nonrefundable and secure your project slot.

If a payment plan is offered:

  • All installments must be paid in full
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access or legal collection
  • Payment plans may not be canceled or disputed after service begins

Choosing a payment plan does not alter the no-refund policy.

To protect both parties and ensure transparency:

You agree to contact us directly at taylor@bytayloraugusta.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with a service
  • Difficulty accessing a digital product
  • Confusion about billing
  • Unclear expectations

If a client initiates a chargeback without attempting resolution first, the following may occur:

  • Immediate removal from all programs or services
  • Submission of contracts, communication records, and deliverables to the payment processor
  • Pursuit of additional remedies allowed under Oklahoma law

We take fraud and misuse of chargeback systems seriously.

If you need to reschedule a service:

  • You must provide at least 48 hours' notice
  • New dates are subject to availability
  • Rescheduling does not qualify you for a refund

If you do not show up for your scheduled date, the session is forfeited.

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to client inaction:

  • The project may be closed
  • No refund will be issued
  • A new booking fee may apply to restart the project

This ensures fairness and schedule availability.
